Kyle is a North Carolina Certified General Appraiser and Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.  He has been appraising residential and commercial real estate since 2002 with an expertise in Wayne County.

Kyle is a native of Goldsboro and enjoys spending time with his family, watching his girls play tennis, basketball, and soccer, going to the beach, and cheering for the Tar Heels.
